Quality Assurance
Our company has a special quality assurance
organization, namely Quality Department
(QD), responsible for total quality management
of the whole manufacturing process of
drugs and (health) food, equipped with
advanced testing instruments and television
monitor system.
The main work of Quality Department focuses
on the management of quality control system
of GMP, HACCP and ISO, including working
out the quality control system documents,
directing and coordinating the implementation
of the system in each related department,
organizing the internal audit of the quality
system, checking how well the improvement
actions are performed, working out and
modifying the quality control documents,
making quality control regulations and
quality standard; reviewing the batch
production record of the finished products
to decide if they can be released, QD
is also responsible for organizing the
audit for suppliers and dealing with the
quality information and its feedback,
giving response to customers¡¯
requests and settling their complaints,
strictly supervising and monitoring the
nonconforming products.
The laboratory is the quality testing
body subordinated to the Quality Department,
responsible for the testing of the coming
raw materials and auxiliary materials,
packaging materials, intermediates and
finished products, It is equipped with
the precision analyzing instruments, including
high effects chromatogram instrument,
atom absorption spectral analysis instrument
and infra-red spectrophotometer, etc.
